Christmas Preparations at the Tech Center

Culinary Arts students are busy making gingerbread houses at Charlotte Tech Center. It is an annual tradition for both adult and dual-enrolled high school students. They pull out all the stops to out-do each other for the most intricate creation. The detail on these edible artworks is amazing!

When you peer through the front door of one of the gingerbread domiciles created by two third-year high school students, you view an entire miniature family inside eating at the dining table, reclining on a sofa and enjoying the lights and presents on the miniature Christmas tree in the living room

The gingerbread houses will be finished and on display at Charlotte Tech Center’s holiday luncheon buffet, December 16, 2010.
